Escrow Inspections and Appraisals


Often these two items are the most cited in real estate contracts as contingencies. As a seller, your job is minimal in this step. Please be prepared to have licensed and insured professionals visiting your home on behalf of the buyer. You need to be willing to allow them the proper amount of time and access to fulfill their duties under your contract terms.

Should any irregularities arise, I will be sure to inform you of those issues and we will revisit the negotiation step. However, if you performed either of these in Step 1: Decide to Sell, you may have mitigated any issues or will be prepared, should they arise.
